Swati Maliwal, who is in the news lately for her remarks on Arvind Kejriwal’s AAP, has recently given some eye-brow raising insights about working with Arvind Kejwiral. Maliwal talked about Kejwiral’s aspirations, his anger temperament and what went wrong that distorted an 18 year friendship with former CM Arvind Kejwiral.

Swati Maliwal talked about Kejrwal in depth in a podcast with Sushant Sinha. She accused him of harboring deep political ambitions while portraying an image of person with no material desires. She also talked about how he always wanted to become India’s Prime Minister.

As revealed by Maliwal, Arvind Kejriwal always had the dream of becoming the PM, and everyone knows about it undoubtedly. She further pointed to his core personality trait, which is anger. She described varied instances where he was angry and threw objects and files. He also used abusive language. In her words, “if he was in one such mood, no one could save one from him and his dictatorial attitude.”

But what she revealed further was even more shocking. In a personal allegation, she accused Kejriwal of orchestrating a physical attack on her through his PAC. It was claimed by her that she got brutally beaten at his CM residence, and he didn’t do anything about it. As per Maliwal, she’s 120% convinced that the beatings were on the order of Kejriwal, and later, she faced immense pressure to be silent after the incident.

Months ago, news surfaced in the media on Arvind Kejwirwal spent nearly Rs 45 crores for the renovation of the CM house where he currently resides.

The Rajya Sabha MP even accused Kejriwal of misusing public funds for building extravagant residences for himself. She claimed that Kejriwal was proud of his luxurious house and showed it around. As per Maliwal, Kejriwal’s house had curtains worth crores, and the carpet was priced at ₹50 lakh. She stated that he himself boasted that his house curtains cost ₹6 crore.

Earlier, Kejriwal was used to be accused by the opposition parties. However, such revelations by her party worker are becoming viral on the Internet as Maliwal has worked with Arvind Kejriwal for the last 18 years. Mailwal has already filed an FIR about the beating incident that happened with her in May 2024. The case is ongoing.
