After weeks of speculation about their rumored deaths, Sohaib Chaudhary and Sana Amjad finally resurfaced online on 21st January thereby giving a sigh of relief to fans who thought they were executed by Pakistani authorities. Both the Youtubers have given their side of stories as to what happened to them. And the common denominator was that both of them were picked up from their home by unknown men who threatened them with dire consequences if they provided any resistance to them being taken away.

Several discrepancies have been observed by Youtubers like Alok Ranjan and Pakistani Youtubers Sakhawat Ali Khan and Ziad Ali. According to the Pakistani Youtubers, both Sohaib Chaudhary and Sana Amjad may not revealing 100% truth about what happened to them.

Discrepanices pointed out in Sohaib Chaudhary and Sana Amjad Case

There are several eye-browsing points that one could notice in the case of Sana Amjad and Sohaib Chaudhary. The first is the title of the videos released by both Youtubers when they resurfaced online after 3 weeks. On first instance, it appears that the title is exactly similar except for the name.

The title of videos uploaded by both Sohaib Chaudhary and Sana Amjad appears exactly similar, which raised speculations. Even the thumbnail text looks similar which is trying to imply that both Youtubers are no more alive.

In fact the statements of both Youtubers appears to exactly same where they are opinating that their families were tortured and that they are not afraid of anyone. In fact, both Sohaib and Sana stated that this video could be their last and that the rumors of their death may come to true in future.

According to Youtuber Sakhawat Ali Khan, Sohaib Chaudhary may not be revealing 100% truth about the men who picked up him from his home. Sakhawat opiniated that he too had suffered similar fate like that of Sohaib Chaudhary and that he has marks on the body, implying about the torture people face in Pakistan when picked up by unknown men which Sohaib Chaudhary alleges to have been picked up by.

Ziad Ali, another Pakistani Youtuber opines that political parties do not torture people if they want them to join their parties or to collab with them. Instead, they splurge money and gives dreamy offers.

Another Pakistani Youtuber Muzaffar ali Chaudhary who runs the channel “Perfect Reactions” sarcastically said both Youtubers have not gone through “Software Update” but have been installed with a new software instead. For the unverse, “Software Update” is a sarcastic term used for someone who has been grilled or tortured by the military or Pakistani authorities. Muzaffar stated lot of Youtubers were indeed called by FIA (The cybersecurity arm of Pakistani Authorities) and were told to not post videos for sometime.

Pakistani Youtuber confirms about getting warnings from FIA

Shaila Khan, host of Naila Pakistani Reaction was also not posting videos for the last 3 weeks like other Pakistani Youtubers. Upon resurfacing, she confirmed in her Youtube video that Youtubers were indeed called by the FIA.

“I got a call from FIA, the cybercrime agency of Pakistan. And I was asked to come to the office for some enquiry. It appeared to me like the same enquiry which happened to us nearly 6 months ago also. That time also we were accused by the agency and we had to defend ourselves. We overcame that difficult period and started working on our channel again. And I went to the office myself. I was not picked up by anyone but the Youtubers who didn’t went to the office were raided by the agency. When I went to the agency office, I couldn’t believe what was about to happen to me. I thought that was going to be the last day of my life. I was made to sat in a room and the questions were barged on me. I was treated as if I was some spy or a terrorist or that I have commited some major crime.”

Youtuber Shaila Khan confirms getting a call by FIA. She also alleges that she was threatened with dire punishment if found guilty of charges.

Arzoo Kazmi, journalist from Pakistan confirmed that another Youtuber Ribaha Imran was indeed interrogated and was strictly warned to not make videos that shows India and Narendra Modi in better light. Arzoo confirmed that even she was called and warned by the FIA but refused to travel to Lahore to meet the authorities of FIA.

What exactly happened with Sana Amjad or Sohaib Chaudhary over the course of 21 days is only known to them. While Sohaib Chaudhary has claimed that he was tortured by goons of a political party, Youtubers like Shaila Khan and Ribaha Imran were indeed interrogated by the Pakistani agency FIA while Arzoo Kazmi was asked to come down to FIA Office in Islamabad but refused as she lives in Lahore.
