Ram Kapoor, Sakshi Tanwar and Ekta Kapoor knew that the intimate scene would be a big thing that will get plenty of eyeballs as it was the first time that something like that would be aired on the television.

“I told Ekta that are you sure you want to do this? This has never happened in television before. We were the first kiss of the television which is a big thing. And three generations watched together, your in-laws, husband and children watched together. But Ekta was very confident that it has to be done and she trusted us so I said Ok. I will first get a go ahead from my wife. When I told Gautami, she said if you are ok with it then I leave it to you. Then I told Sakshi that look I will handle Ekta but if you have a problem then you tell me. Sakshi’s father said the most amazing thing. For me, I can never think of getting romantic with my co-stars because for me they are another level. Sakshi’s father called me and said that Ram, you are there, so everything is ok. So they trusted me. So Sakshi also said yeah its ok. We went and did it. Two full nights we shot that scene.” Ram Kapoor said in a podcast interview with Siddharth Kannan.

And that is because you trust the other person so much.”
